I am a native Norwegian. Born above the Arctic circle, but grew up in a small town more south, called Gjøvik, 60°N. My passion for art is in my genes, and I was raised in a home where crayons, colored pencils, paint and paper would never run out. Thank you, mom!  – I developed an early interest in taking pictures of absolutely anything, and my red 1980s 35mm still camera would go with me anywhere I went. Upgrades to come later.  

Moved to Boise, Idaho in 2005 from Oslo, Norway.  While raising my family I picked up real estate for about three years, before I decided to pursue my dream to become a professional photographer. With 11 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, I pay attention to color, light, details and have years of editing experience.  I love using natural light during all four seasons that we are so lucky to have here in Idaho, but also bring my camera inside for some portrait and newborn sessions.
